Campground overview

An overview of the camp area with all the pitches can be found further down on this page.

Important Note on Parking & Heat:

Please keep in mind: Most parking spots at the venue are not shaded. To make it through the day safely with your dog, we strongly recommend bringing sun protection (e.g. shade nets), plenty of water, and anything else that helps keep you and your dog cool in the heat.

Regular checks will be carried out in the parking areas. If a dog is not adequately protected from the heat, we reserve the right – for animal welfare reasons – to ask the participant to leave the event. Please take good care of your dogs and yourselves!

Key Info on Registration & Camp Schedule:

Registration opens on Saturday at 7:30 AM for all participants. Please remember to bring your dog’s vaccination passport – all dogs must have a valid rabies vaccination.

At check-in you will receive:

  • your wristband
  • your schedule
  • your group assignment

Group assignments are final. Due to the size of the camp, changes on site are not possible. We have done our best to accommodate any special requests submitted in advance.

Important Info – Saturday Evening Celebration

The camp program ends around 6:00 PM on Saturday. Starting at 7:30 PM, we’ll kick off the evening celebration – right on the campgrounds – with a buffet, music, and a great atmosphere.

All participants received an email regarding the buffet registration. You’ll receive your wristband for the buffet during check-in on Saturday morning.

If you haven’t paid via PayPal yet, please bring the exact amount in cash to the registration.

Didn’t register for the buffet but still want to join? No problem – we have 30 extra wristbands available at the camp info desk. First come, first serve!

On-Site Catering:

The local football club will be taking care of your food and drinks:

  • In the morning: sandwiches & coffee
  • At lunchtime: steak & sausage rolls, salads
  • In the afternoon: coffee, cake, donuts
  • Weather permitting: ice cream truck

Food and drink tokens can be purchased directly on site.

Special Workshops – Open to All:

In addition to the regular training sessions, there will be open-access special workshops – available to participants, accompanying persons, and visitors. Topics include:

  • Balance & compensation training for IGP dogs
  • Reading and understanding your dog better in protection work
  • Handler tips for trials and competitions
  • Techniques to manage trial nerves
  • The new IPO – what matters for the handler?
Note for Visitors:

The camp is not a closed event – visitors are very welcome! Please note: During training sessions, only registered participants are allowed on the training fields. Visitors are free to explore the grounds but must not interfere with the ongoing training.
